Welcome to SnuggleScript (“SnuggleScript,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the SnuggleScript mobile application and related services (the “Service”).
By creating an account or using SnuggleScript, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility & Intended Users
SnuggleScript is designed exclusively for use by adults, including parents, legal guardians, teachers, and grandparents, who create and manage content on behalf of children. Children may not create accounts, submit content directly, or interact independently with the Service. All story prompts, content generation, and account actions must be initiated and supervised by an authorized adult.
By using SnuggleScript, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to act on behalf of any child profile you create or manage.
Account Roles & Responsibilities
SnuggleScript supports multiple caregiver roles, including Parent, Teacher, and Grandparent. Each caregiver is responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate profile information
- Safeguarding account credentials
- Selecting age-appropriate prompts
- Reviewing generated stories before sharing them with children
Child Safety & Content Guardrails
SnuggleScript is built with strict safety controls designed to protect children. The Service prohibits the generation or use of content that includes:
- Sexual material or graphic violence
- Frightening themes or hate speech
- Discrimination, self-harm, or abuse
- Drugs, illegal activity, or political persuasion
- Religious instruction
Stories are generated using controlled AI systems filtered for age-appropriateness and tailored to the caregiver's role. Content is designed to be positive, fictional, educational, and emotionally supportive. SnuggleScript reserves the right to block, modify, or refuse content requests that violate safety guidelines or pose potential risk to children.
Use of AI-Generated Content
All stories are generated dynamically based on caregiver-provided input and are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. SnuggleScript does not guarantee that stories will be error-free or perfectly factual. Caregivers remain responsible for reviewing content prior to sharing it with a child.
Story Storage & History
The Service allows caregivers to save stories and access story history filtered by child and caregiver role. Stories and child profiles may be edited or deleted at any time through account settings.
Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Attempt to bypass safety systems
- Generate inappropriate content
- Reverse engineer the Service
- Use SnuggleScript for commercial purposes
- Exploit the platform in a way that compromises child safety
Termination
SnuggleScript may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or present risk to children, caregivers, or the platform.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnuggleScript shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Changes to These Terms
SnuggleScript may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
